Burning feet at night?

I have been suffering with the most horrendous burning itchy feet at night over the last 5 days,
They are not infected ? Or over worked,
I am 31, and I have recently tried to cut out sugar from my diet, not sure if this has anything to do with it ?
Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

If the burning pain, sometimes referred to as
stinging pain, you could have neuropathy. Neuropathy is pain along the
pathways of a nerve or nerves. I have neuropathy almost every evening
while sleeping. The pain feels like it is a burning, stinging pain. When
I get out of bed and sit or stand so my body weight is on my feet, the
pain disappears after 15 minutes.
If the burning pain feels like your feet are hot, and are actually hot to the touch, there may be a circulation problem or a hormonal problem. You are too young for menopause. When all else fails, try Google!
